BECOME PART OF OUR COMMUNITY

Our founders have chosen to build their own private beach homes here, their vision driving the spirit of The Beach Club. Those invited to become homeowners will be welcomed into a joyful sanctuary where nature’s beauty and life’s simple pleasures come together in one of the Caribbean’s last truly untouched settings.

Owners of our Residences, Villas and Estates, each set discreetly apart and with direct beach access, also have use of the owners-only Clubhouse and Nobu Beach Inn, both underpinned by exceptional dining and world-class facilities.

OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Strung along the creamy-white sands of Princess Diana beach are 25 Nobu Beach Inn Residences, 23 Beach Club Villas and 7 Beach Club Estate lots, each set discreetly apart and hidden from view, and all with direct access to this untouched corner of the Caribbean.

NOBU BEACH INN RESIDENCES

The 25 Nobu Beach Inn Residences are offered for sale on a turnkey basis, each featuring a 5,000 to 6,000-square foot home on a one-acre plot of land, with 100 feet of direct beach frontage.

Each property is fully managed and serviced by the Nobu Beach Inn and gives owners the opportunity to put their home in the hotel rental program.

THE CLUBHOUSE

The Clubhouse is an exclusive setting – a curated, owners-only space for family and friends to relax together at the beach, enjoying an ocean-facing pool, a wide range of activities, a delicious meal or an expertly-mixed cocktail
to the backdrop of a DJ or live music.

SUSTAINABILITY

Our resort and properties are built with integrity and a clear eye on the future, protecting our fragile environment and celebrating our natural surroundings.

Landscaping is key, with a planting programme that includes reforesting of mangroves, conservation of mature trees, planting of native species and the creation of lush vegetation.

Behind the scenes, we are working to limit our impact, including a reverse osmosis system for fresh water, repurposing gray water for irrigation, a solar power plant and organic kitchen garden. Our nesting sea turtles will be protected by marine biologists.

We are committed to working collaboratively with the local Barbudian community, upholding our social responsibility to build connections that celebrate and support local culture through our charitable foundation.
