THE STORY
It all started when Robert de Niro visited Princess Diana beach on Barbuda 35 years ago. The island made an impression that lingered in his mind. Years later, when that swathe of land became available, he formed a partnership with Daniel Shamoon and James Packer, setting out to create a private, nature-first community on the island.
In 2020, Nobu Barbuda became the first flag in the sand. This laid-back, world-famous restaurant, located on a remote, deserted beach, offered a taste of the island’s potential: something truly special to be experienced by those lucky enough to find it.
Taking shape around untouched nature, construction of Nobu Beach Inn began in 2024, with the development of the Residences, the owner’s-only Clubhouse and its spacious Villas and Estates currently underway.
THE CONCEPT
The Beach Club is a private resort and residential community hidden on one of the last truly unspoiled beaches in the Caribbean, rooted in the remarkable
food and service of globally-recognized Nobu.
Opportunities for ownership of our Residences, Villas and Estates also mean access to the owners-only Clubhouse and Nobu Beach Inn, both underpinned by exceptional dining and world-class facilities, in a low-impact, nature-first resort.

THE EXPERIENCE
The Beach Club is where simple, beachside pleasures recall a Caribbean of old. Spend the morning feeling like you’re on your very own deserted island, the evening feasting at Nobu Barbuda, and the night dancing to live music, your feet in the sand. Retreat to your own beach home, meet like-minded owners at The Clubhouse, or experience Nobu Beach Inn, all just steps from one of the Caribbean's most remarkable and untouched beaches.
